This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

The first information report is against unknown. Submission of the petitioners is that they are in custody since 07.01.2017. however, they were never put on test identification parade nor anything has been recovered from their possession and only material is confessional statement of the co-accused before the police.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18390 of 2017 (2) dt.24-04-2017 2/2 each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Buxar (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 38 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, or successor Court.
