Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instruction the Pairvikar of the case, submits that during pendency of the bail petition, the petitioner has been acquitted from the charges as alleged in the F.I.R. and hence the bail petition has become infructuous and seeks permission to withdraw the petition. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn as having become infructuous.
