However on repeated call, the petitioner was again not represented.

The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to dispose of the representations filed by the petitioner in pursuant to the directions of this Hon'ble Court regarding compounding of the offence and also to restore the electric power supply connection, which has been disconnected since 13.02.2013.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent-Power Company submits that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 25.02.2014 passed in Cri. Misc. No. 48256 of 2013, the petitioner failed to

4. A rejoinder to the counter affidavit has been filed from which it appears that final form has been submitted by the police after investigation in Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 17 of 2013 which has been accepted by the concerned court.

5. Having regard to the averments and the pleadings of the parties, no further order is required to be passed.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of.
