The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 498A, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The basic accusation is of torture for nonfulfillment of dowry demand. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that specific accusation of assault has been levelled against the husband of the informant, who has been granted bail. The accusation is omnibus and general

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39624 of 2016 (2) dt.26-09-2016 against the petitioners.

Considering the thrust of accusation is against husband of the informant, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIII, Saran at Chapra in connection with Revelganj @ Revilganj P.S.
