ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 07-09-2016 The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 9.8.2016 passed in Cr.Misc. No.27507 of 2016. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that due to inadvertence, the satisfaction of the court has been wrongly typed in the earlier petition; resulting in a mistake in the order dated 9.8.2016 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 27507 of 2016. Accordingly, it is prayed that in the aforesaid order dated 9.8.2016, the expressions "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnia" be recorded in place of "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar".

Let necessary corrections be made in the said order and in place of "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar", it should now be read as "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnia".

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39069 of 2016 (2) dt.07-09-2016 2/2 Further, the time fixed in the said order dated 9.8.2016 for surrendering in the court below is extended by further period of four weeks from today.

However, in case the petitioner does not surrender in the court below within the aforesaid period, the order of anticipatory bail passed in his favour shall stand withdrawn. The order dated 9.8.2016 passed in Cr.Misc.

No.27507 of 2016 shall stand modified to the extent indicated above.
