Petitioners are accused in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 408 of 2016 registered under Section 307 and other allied sections of the I.P.C. and section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case due to previous enmity. No specific overt act has been alleged against these petitioners. The allegations are general and omnibus. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide orders dated 20.12.2016 and 13.02.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 53443 of 2016 and 6214 of 2017 respectively. It is submitted that petitioners are in custody since 07.11.2016.

No.15948 of 2017 (2) dt.03-04-2017 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 408 of 2016.
