The petitioner seeks bail in Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No. 333 of 2016 under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Chhotu Kumar and save and except the confession of Chhotu Kumar, there is no offence against the petitioner to show that he robbed the motorcycle of the informant. The petitioner is said to be in custody since 26.11.2016 and till date no Test Identification Parade has been held.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14938 of 2017 (2) dt.19-04-2017 2/2 of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No. 333 of 2016.
