The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No. 363 of 2016, registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. but in course of investigation, confessional statement of co-accused, Chhotu, was recorded in Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 469 of 2016, in which, he disclosed the complicity of the petitioner in the present case and three other cases. Thereafter, the police remanded the petitioner in the present case on 22.11.2016 and three other cases also.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15071 of 2017 (2) dt.20-04-2017 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No. 363 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
