2. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the University.

3. In terms of the order dated 24.07.2018, learned counsel for the University submitted that whatever was payable in terms of the agreement between the parties dated 09.09.2017 in C.W.J.C. No. 38 of 2017, has been calculated and with regard to the same, one cheque in favour of the petitioner and another to the college through

Patna High Court CWJC No.3190 of 2018 dt.30-07-2018 2/2 whom he has to receive have already been issued.

4. Having regard to the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondents no. 4 and 5, to ensure that the cheque which has been issued in favour of the petitioner, if already not dispatched, shall be sent to learned counsel for the University in the present case for him to hand it over to learned counsel for the petitioner within one week from today. With regard to the amount which has been sent to the college concerned, the University authorities shall ensure that positive directions are issued to the Principal to ensure that the amount is paid to the petitioner latest within two weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order before him. The Court would only indicate that if the matter is brought before the Court alleging non compliance of the order, strict view shall be taken against the person concerned.
