ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 17-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the complainant. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a complaint case No. 232C of 2012 pending in the court of S.D.J.M, Jamui in which processes have been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has made all efforts to rehabilitate himself with the complainant but she did not continue to live in the house. Learned counsel further submits that the victim lady had gone to her maika and she has come today. Learned counsel for the

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The same is rejected.
