Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 412/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 (1-b)A/26/35 of the Arms Act. Allegation is that petitioners were apprehended while fleeing away after committing robbery of an employee of Toll Plaza. Petitioners are in custody since 27.05.2018. In the past, twice prayer for bail of the petitioners was refused with direction to the learned trial judge to frame charges and petitioners were allowed liberty to renew prayer after framing of the charges.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59437 of 2019(2) dt.27-09-2019 2/2 Submission is that charges have already been framed.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Amas Police Station Case No.124 of 2018, subject to condition that both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioners.
