JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner and one Dharmendra Kumar Singh were caught on the spot and it is alleged that one country made pistol loaded with five live cartridges was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. It has specifically been pleaded that co-accused Dharmendra Kumar Singh, having more or less similar allegation, has already been granted privilege of bail. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in jail custody since 26.02.2015 in the present case.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
