This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Bhagalpur Complaint Case No. 14 of 2016, disclosing offences under Sections 406, 420, 465, 466, 467, 468, 471, 323, 504 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Since this application arise out of a complaint case, considering the nature of allegation it is observed that if the petitioner appears before the court below within four weeks from today and seeks regular bail, his application shall be considered and decided on the same day.

No.40608 of 2016 (2) dt.26-09-2016 2/2 It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that bailable warrant of arrest has been issued against the petitioner by the court below for his appearance. He has also submitted that the petitioner had approached the court of learned Sessions Judge for grant of anticipatory bail during pendency of which, said bailable warrant of arrest came to be issued.
It is made clear that issuance of bailable warrant of arrest should in any way adversely affect the petitioner's case for grant of regular bail by the court below.
