The present application has been filed for registration of the First Information Report on the basis of

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1318 of 2022(2) dt.17-04-2025 2/2 complaint dated 30.09.2022 filed by the petitioner. 3.

In the opinion of this Court, this application is misconceived as the Cr.P.C. provides for alternatives when the F.I.R. is not registered by the Police.

Accordingly, this criminal writ application is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to take steps as provided under the law.
