This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Hajipur Town P.S. Case No.258 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under sections 70(2) of the B.N.S., 2023 and under sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(1)(w)(i),3(2)(v) of the S.C./S.T. Act and under section 4/6/8 of the POCSO Act. 3.

The petitioner is said to have committed rape with the daughter of the informant.

The petitioner was caught red handed while he was committing rape with the victim. He is in custody since 10.03.2025.

Considering the aforesaid facts and the
