This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The first information report is against unknown. Name of the petitioner is transpired in the confessional statement of the co-accused.

Submission of the petitioner is that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and co-accused, Sujit Kumar, and others have already been granted bail by coordinate Benches of this Court, vide Annexure 2 series.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 191 of 2014 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15872 of 2017 (2) dt.04-04-2017 2/2 Sherghati, Gaya, or successor Court with the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
