2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 191(2), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 303(2) and 351(2) of B.N.S., 2023.

3. Prosecution case, in brief, is that on 05.06.2025 at 09:00 a.m., when the informant reached in front of the house of Bipin Mukhiya, all the named accused persons, including this petitioner, assaulted him and took out Rs. 2500/- from his pocket and also threatened to sell the entire land and kill him.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. The allegation of assault is general and omnibus. Injury sustained by the injured is simple in nature. Petitioner claims clean

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, nature of injury and clean antecedent, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Manjhaul, Begusarai, in connection with Manjhaul P.S. Case No. 52 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
