This application has been filed alleging non-compliance of the judgment and decree dated 24.06.2014 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 9398 of 2013.
A show cause has been filed on behalf of the respondents
Patna High Court MJC No.4913 of 2014 (3) dt.22-04-2015 2/2 enclosing the order dated 11.02.2015 whereby the Principal Secretary (Home) Special Department on consideration of the claim of the petitioner, has rejected the same. The order has been placed on record vide Annexure-C to the show cause. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking note of the circumstances that the claim of the petitioner has been rejected vide order passed on 11.02.2015, nothing survives in the present application, which is, accordingly disposed of. The petitioner, if so advised, may question the order dated 11.02.2015 passed by the Principal Secretary (Home) Special Department before the appropriate forum by filing an appropriate application.
