Patna High Court MJC No.775 of 2018 (4) dt.11-09-2018 In view of Annexure-B to the show cause, the contempt application cannot proceed. It is dropped accordingly.

The petitioner, if so advised, will be at liberty to challenge the order as contained in Annexure-B to the show cause in an appropriate jurisdiction.
