The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 148 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in unauthorizedly removal of the tractor of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 28.05.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
