Supplementary counter affidavit has also been filed on behalf of the respondent no. 4, bringing on record the order passed by him for making payment of the remaining amount in two monthly installments. Further, it has been stated in the affidavit that payment shall be made within one week to the petitioners. Copy of the affidavit has been served on learned counsel for the petitioners.
