I do not find any new ground to reconsider the bail petition of the petitioner and, accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Fatuha P.S.case No. 276 of 2015, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna city is again rejected on the ground mentioned by me in my previous order dated 26.04.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16511 of 2016. However, the learned trial court should expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible.
