JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 26-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Parroo P.S. Case No. 12 of 2017, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 324, 325, 326, 506, 307, 353, 332 and 333 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that 19 persons named in the F.I.R. including the petitioner reached at the door of Ajay Rai and started to cause assault. In that course, this petitioner attacked through Farsa causing injury at the left ear of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner being lady has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 12.01.2017. It is further submitted that while injury shown at

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Muzafarpur, in connection with Parroo P.S.
