====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 19-12-2016 Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. Nobody appears on behalf of the respondents. The present writ petition seems to be completely misconceived and untenable. By the impugned order dated 14.8.2014 passed in Mutation Appeal No. 44 of 2007-08 by the respondent D.C.L.R., Udakishanganj, as contained in Annexure-5, aforesaid mutation appeal filed on behalf of the respondent no.6 has been rejected, but with a liberty to approach the competent authority under the provisions of The Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009. Apparently, by the impugned order, no specific relief has been granted to the respondent no.6. Furthermore, if the petitioner is at all aggrieved by the aforesaid order dated 14.8.2014 (Annexure-5), then he has a remedy before the revisional authority, but he has not approached that authority.
