Against the order of cancellation of the licence of the petitioner, an appeal had been preferred vide Appeal No.48 of 2021, which has yet not been disposed of.

We are constrained to observe that this ought

Be that as it may, we direct the Appellate Authority to dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner positively within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order before him, failing which, an adverse view shall be taken against the concerned respondent.

This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
