In view of the report of the Mediator that the Parties have come to a settlement, in their interest, in exercise of its power under Section 482 Cr. P.C, further Proceedings of Muffasil P.S. Case No. 360 of 2014 pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, is hereby set aside.

The application stands allowed.

However, if at a later stage, the Informant feels that it was only to gain an advantage that the accused had entered into a settlement, it shall be open to her to revive the present Prosecution.
