2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No. 187 of 2025 for the offence under sections 64, 77, 78(2), 351(2) and 351(4) of the BNS and Sections 66E and 67 of the IT Act lodged on 11.06.2025 by the informant, Dilkhusbu Rani.
3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that the petitioner managed to get her private time videos, started threatening not only to kill her family but also to make the video the viral, sexually exploited, it was also recorded and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65666 of 2025(2) dt.17-09-2025 2/2 subsequently allegation is that the same was uploaded on the social media platform, lowering her image in the society. This led to the FIR.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they were in relationship and when it went wrong, the allegation.
5. Learned APP as also learned counsel for the informant has taken this Court to the different documents to show that not only the video was made viral, the text that has been used by him which is part of the FIR shows what kind of person he is.
6. This Court has also gone through the photographs/text and is fully in-line with the submissions put forwarded by the learned counsel for the informant as also learned APP.
7. No relief can be extended. The anticipatory bail application stands rejected.
