Petitioners are not named in the first information report and it appears from perusal of the written report of the informant that alleged occurrence took place on account of land dispute. Moverover, no specific overt-act has been attributed against these petitioners. Accordingly, petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari in Raxaul P.S. case no. 88/2016 in Cr.
