Moverover, no specific overt-act has been attributed against these petitioners. Accordingly, petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari in Raxaul P.S. case no. 88/2016 in Cr.
