JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 326, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was also added.

It appears that having similar allegation co-accused Permanand Rai and others have been allowed anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc.No.7461 of 2016 vide Annexure-2. The petitioner is father of co-accused Permanand Rai.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15056 of 2017 (2) dt.06-04-2017 court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M.
