The petitioner is in custody in connection with Nathnagar P.S. Case No. 674 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was apprehended in the instant case by the police on the allegation that 15 cartridges were recovered from his possession. The petitioner is in custody since 05.11.2018. Considering the period of custody, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District
