The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 333 of 2019 for the offences alleged under Sections 328 and 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing of the daughter of the informant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of cash of Rs.1,00,000/- and one Apache motorcycle and also putting the poison in the mouth after causing her death. The submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is the mother-in-law and, in fact, due to misunderstanding in between the daughter of the informant and her husband, Ashish Paswan, daughter of the informant committed suicide, but, with ulterior motive

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59995 of 2019(2) dt.23-09-2019 2/2 petitioner, who is mother-in-law, has been implicated in this case with other family members. Further, submission is that Ashish Paswan, husband of the deceased is in custody since 17.06.2019.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of surrender/arrest, within a period of four weeks from today, in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 333 of 2019 shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, or the successor Court subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Criminal Procedure Code.
