JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 20-01-2016 The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 51967 of 2014 which stood dismissed for want of prosecution by order dated 14.01.2015.

After having heard the parties and for the reasons disclosed in the present application, the prayer for restoration is allowed subject to deposit of costs of Rs. 2000/- (Rs. Two thousand) by the petitioner with the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee within a period of four weeks from today. If the receipt showing deposit of costs is filed within the aforesaid period of four weeks, then Cr. Misc. No. 51967 of 2014 shall stand restored to its original file.

The present application stands disposed of with the observations and directions made above.
