The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Balrampur P.S. Case No.49 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that there is a case and counter case and members of both sides have sustained some injury. Regard being had to the nature of offence, the petitioner, namely, Quazi Riyasat @ Kazi Riyasat, who is in custody since 17th June, 2016, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Katihar in connection with Balrampur P.S.
