JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH) 10-12-2019 This application has been filed by the petitioner for modification of the order dated 05.08.2019 passed in CWJC No.8452 of 2019 to the extent that in para-2 of the said order, the name of police station to be modified as Falka in place of Sultanganj.

It is contended by the petitioner that in para 1(i) of the relief portion, the name of the police station was wrongly typed as Sultanganj in place of Falka. Due to the said mistake on the part of the petitioner, in the order dated 05.08.2019, in

Patna High Court MJC No.3580 of 2019(2) dt.10-12-2019 2/2 paragraph 2 also, the name of police station was typed as Sultanganj. The contention of the petitioner is that the mistake was unintentional and occurred due to typographical inadvertence.

Learned counsel for the State does not oppose the prayer of the petitioner.

We have also perused the copy of the FIR annexed as Annexure-1 to the writ petition. We find that vehicle in question was seized in connection with Falka P.S. Case No. 330 of 2018. In that view of the matter, the prayer of the petitioner is allowed.

In the order dated 05.08.2019, passed in CWJC No.8452 of 2019, in para- 2, the name of police station be read as Falka in place of Sultanganj.
