To set aside the order dated 18.04.2023 passed by the learned Divisional Commissioner, Munger in Anganbari Service Appeal No. 24 of 2022 filed by this petitioner and as well as the order dated 19.02.2022 passed by the District Programme Officer, (I.C.D.S), Jamui vide Memo No. 189/Programme setting aside the selection of petitioner on the post of Anganbari Sevika at Centre No. 114 at village- Kathbajra, BlockJhajha, District- Jamui in the year 2003 much long on the basis of 1998 Rules of selection of

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
