JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 30-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned A.P.P. for the State. Also heard learned counsel for the informant.

The petitioner has been made accused in this case on the accusation that on the alleged date of occurrence he took the deceased from his house and after that the informant came to know that the deceased was stabbed to death. Submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is that none has seen the actual killing of the deceased. The informant has expressed her doubt of involvement of the petitioner on the ground that there was love affair between the deceased and the sister of the petitioner which was not liked by the petitioner. The investigation against the petitioner has already been completed.

No.44927 of 2015 (3) dt.30-01-2016 2/2 Considering the aforesaid submissions as well as facts and circumstances, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A. Mishra, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gopalganj / successor court in connection with Bhore P.S. Case No. 108/2015.
