JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 13-04-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner was appointed as Aganbari Sevika for Centre No. 130, Baradih Panchayat, P.S.-Karakat, District-Rohtas. She is seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to shift her to another Aganbari Centre on the ground that the Aganbari Sevika of that centre is not there and the position is vacant. Considering the fact that the petitioner was appointed as Aganbari Sevika for Centre No. 130, the petitioner does not have right to claim her transfer from the said centre to another centre on the ground that she is a resident of the said centre. This writ application stands dismissed.
