29-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner seeks bail in Jhajha P.S. Case No. 121 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 363/366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of kidnapping and rape against the petitioner.

In this regard, statement of the victim girl has also been recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., which is kept at Annexure 2. On perusal of the same, it appears that there is specific allegation of kidnapping and rape against the petitioner. The age of the victim has been disclosed as15 years and same has also been assessed by the doctor in her examination, which is at Annexure 3 to the petition.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not
