JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The name of the petitioners surfaced in this case on mere suspicion and after that they were arrested and confessed. Apart from the aforesaid material there appears to be criminal antecedent of the petitioners but submission on behalf of the petitioners is that the petitioners were remanded in 9 cases after arrest in the present case and, as a matter of fact, all the above stated cases had been registered against unknown but the police with an intent to drag the petitioners in the aforesaid cases remanded them in those cases.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45132 of 2015 (2) dt.29-09-2015 2/2 as well as submissions of the parties, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with G.R.P.Kiul P.S. Case No. 36 of 2015 to the satisfaction of the Railway Judicial Magistrate, Kiul, Lakhisarai.
