The present criminal writ application has been filed for a direction to the respondents to release the two wheeler vehicle, namely, Pulsar-220 bearing Chassis No. MD2DHDKZZTCG86850, Engine No. DKGBTG92070, Registration No. BR-01-AZ- 7817 which has been illegally seized by the police personnel of Gardanibagh Police Station even without wanting in any case, in favour of the petitioner. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed. Hence, He seeks permission to withdraw this criminal
