The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 30 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Sections 498(A)/341/323/504/506/494/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that petitioner is ready to keep his wife with honour and dignity. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 17.06.2019.
