This is the second attempt by the petitioner who is in custody in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 505 of 2014 registered for offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 302, 379 and 436 of the Indian Penal Code, to pray for bail.

It is considering the nature of assault made by the petitioner which led to the rejection of his prayer in Criminal Misc. No. 58212 of 2015 which was dismissed on 29.1.2016 and for the same reason I am again not persuaded to consider his prayer for bail.
