The petitioner has filed the instant application for grant of regular bail in connection with Chandramandi P.S. Case No. 64 of 2021 registered under sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he has been appointed as a teacher in Middle School, Madhopur in the year of 2005 on the basis of forged document/certificate. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has falsely been implicated in this present case due to ulterior motive. It is further submitted that the petitioner has resigned from his job as Panchayat Teacher prior to lodging this F.I.R.

The application for bail is vehemently opposed by learned APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Chandramandi P.S. Case No. 64 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Jamui.
