JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State.
The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354B and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that the criminal case has been instituted with ulterior motive at the instance of the husband of the informant, who indulged in several criminal cases. He has further submitted that the petitioners are ready to cooperate with the investigation

In view of the submission as above, let the petitioners, abovenamed, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali (Barari) P.S. Case No. 669 of 2014, subject to condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
