1. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

2. This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Panchanpur Police Station Case No. 54 of 2024, dated 03.06.2024, disclosing offences under Sections 341/323/354/307/379/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The prosecution case, as per the First Information Report, is that on 21.05.2024, in the morning, the petitioners, along with other accused persons, entered into the house

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67821 of 2024(2) dt.24-10-2024 2/3 of the informant, abused and assaulted informant's wife due to the dispute regarding tying of buffalo. The coaccused Mithilesh Kumar assaulted the informant's wife on her head. There is general and omnibus allegation against all other accused persons. The allegation against the petitioner no. 1 is that she snatched mangal sutra from the neck of informant's wife and petitioner no. 2 and 3 assaulted informant's wife and other family members.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the present First Information Report has been lodged due tying of buffalo and land dispute. Referring to the Annexure-2, learned counsel submits that injuries caused to the victim are simple in nature.

Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the parties and taking into consideration the fact that allegation against the petitioners are general and omnibus in nature, the victim have sustained simple injuries and the occurrence has took place due to land dispute, I am inclined to grant the petitioners privilege of anticipatory bail.

6. This application is, accordingly, allowed.
