ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 01-03-2016 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 03.10.2012 by which the Special Judge, C.B.I.-III, Patna has refused to recall witnesses in Special Case No. 13 of 2004 (R.C. No. 8(A) of 2004).

It appears that P.W. 1 is already dead. It is also brought to the notice of the Court that part of the documents has been received.

However, considering the liberty of the Trial Court that such documents can be brought at the stage of defence, I see no reason for interference and, hence, the application is disposed off with such liberty.

The Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial positively within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order. With the aforesaid observations, the Application stands disposed off.
