WJC No.1054 of 2015 dt.24-02-2016 2 / 2 By way of the present application preferred under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners seek quashing of the first information report of Bhabua P.S. case No. 141 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 379 and 153-A and 295-A of the Indian Penal Code. I have heard respective counsel for the parties and perused the FIR as contained in Annexure-3 to the present application. The allegations made therein do attract ingredients of a cognizable offence.

In that view of the matter, the application, being devoid of any merit, is hereby dismissed.
