1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That the present writ application is being filed for issuance of order or orders, direction or directions to the authority concerned to consider the case of the petitioner in the light of the Rules framed by the Government of Bihar i.e. the Bihar Jail Nai and Safai Mazdoor Cadre Rules of 2011, whereunder exercise was made to regularize those persons who have been discharging their work since long inasmuch as it is not in dispute that the petitioner has been discharging his duty in

Patna High Court CWJC No.21415 of 2021(2) dt.10-04-2024 2/2 Khudi Ram Bose, Central Jail Muzaffarpur, since 01.09.2014, but up till now the authority concerned has not regularised the services of the petitioner, despite filing of several representations before the authority concerned."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
