The grievance of the petitioner is non-consideration of his case for compassionate appointment.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the father of the petitioner died in harness on 01.05.2016. After the death of the bread earner, the petitioner approached the respondents for appointment on compassionate ground on 09.05.2018, but unfortunately no decision was taken as yet.
