JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 02-07-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "(i) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent State Bank of India, respondent No.-11 to give the amounts of Pass Book Account No.-34367714766 of Late Umesh Paswan to this petitioner being Nominee of the said account. (ii) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents concerned to

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as far as the first prayer is concerned, the grievance of the petitioner has stood redressed and as far as the second prayer is concerned, the petitioner be granted liberty to avail such remedies, as are otherwise available under the law. 3.

Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed.
